糖尿病・内分泌内科学 講座集合写真

当教室は2011年11月に設置された本学臨床医学系でもっとも新しい講座です。主にヒトを対象とした糖尿病合併症、特に糖尿病大血管障害の発症機序とその予防に関する研究、糖尿病性神経障害の病態・病期とそれに基づく治療法の研究に力を入れています。ヒト血管内皮機能を指標として血糖変動や低血糖との関連、血小板機能との関連、食事(栄養素、食物繊維)との関連を研究しています。また、糖尿病の早期から傷害される小径神経線維に着目し、表皮内神経線維密度と痛みや自律神経機能との関連を検討しています。
